60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first-time purchases only)
At Rosewyn, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a risk-free 60-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of any Rosewyn product, simply contact us at support@rosewynhealth.com within 60 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full — no return required in most cases.
Important notes:
- Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
- Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
- Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
Refunds for recurring subscription orders
Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Unopened items only.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@rosewynhealth.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Cancellation policy
- Order cancellation window: We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate order cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to stop your order before it ships, our team works quickly to ensure timely delivery, and we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible once an order has been processed in our system.
- Cancellation fee: A £2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
- Non-cancellable orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled (though your rights under "Your statutory rights" below still apply).
To cancel your subscription, you can do so from your customer portal at the top right of our website, or by emailing support@rosewynhealth.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@rosewynhealth.com. You do not need to return the damaged item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this refund policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a return is approved for a multi-unit order, Rosewyn may cover return shipping for unopened items (on first-time purchases only).
- For all other returns (including subscription orders), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return instructions
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@rosewynhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
- Items must be sent back to the address provided. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Your statutory rights (UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, this does not apply to sealed supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. In addition, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing in this policy limits these statutory rights — our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to them.
Policy amendments
Rosewyn reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
