Shipping policy

 

Section 1 – Shipping

  • Shipping costs: we offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Shipping details: items are dispatched the same or next working day, and are usually delivered within 3–7 working days for UK orders and 5–10 working days for international orders. You will receive updates to your purchasing email with tracking numbers, confirmation emails, dispatch notices, and delivery dates.

We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs clearance, natural disasters, handovers between our carrier and the local carrier in your country, or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation, nor for any additional fees, customs duties, or downstream costs.

Section 2 – Delivery

  • Buyer's responsibility for address: it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the address. Once the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to reroute it and do not accept responsibility for delivery to an incorrectly provided address.
  • Lost or stolen packages: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to the relevant shipping carrier using the information provided in your confirmation and tracking emails. If you have purchased shipping protection, your order will be resent immediately.
  • Refusing to accept: if you refuse to accept the parcel from the post office or courier, we do not accept responsibility for what happens to the package afterwards. If it is automatically returned to our warehouse, we will be able to process your refund. If not, we will not be able to reimburse you.

Section 3 – Returns

  • Returns: customers have the right to return their purchase within 60 days of delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return was due to an error on our part. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • Return address: all returns should be sent to the address we provide when you contact us to authorise your return.
